In this post, I will share the best silicone molds for concrete. With silicone molds, you can cast a whole set of concrete pots to decorate your home and also give them as gifts.
I have to admit that I’m a concreteaholic. I love cement pots, planters, flower pots, big and small, concrete decoration, lamps, desk organizers, and the list goes on and on. Cant resist the color, the strength, the cold stone like feeling when you hold in your hands.
Concrete objects are durable and easy to personalize with some paint, pattern, or textile. They add a modern, chic vibe to any room.
How to cast concrete?
You can easily cast concrete at home. Get a bucket, cement, water, something for stirring, and a mold.
Mold can be a plastic bucket or bowl, but my favorites are silicone molds. They are available in all sorts of shapes, sizes, and designs.
Silicone molds are easy to use and don’t require much mold release. You can use silicone molds multiple times. If you can’t find one that you like, you can also make it at home.
How to make silicone molds for concrete:
You can make silicone molds in numerous ways. I share two easy and excellent tutorials.
Made by Barb is the go-to when you want to learn about concrete. She has a lot of amazing concrete projects. Here is her silicone mold tutorial for concrete casting.

Still, if you’re not prepared to make your own molds, the easiest way is to buy one. I will share with you my favorite concrete silicone molds for pots and planters.
This cylinder pot is available in multiple sizes. They are suitable for plants, but also perfect as a pencil holder or desk organizer.
These pebble pots are my second favorite. The pots wall looks like small peddles stacked on one another. They come in different sizes and shapes. They remind me of castle towers and Ireland. With a little paint in the cracks, they would look like old stone walls.
