In this post, I share a set of free printable motivational quotes with beautiful watercolor floral elements. They will not only keep you motivated, but they’ll also beautify your home office, gallery wall, planner, or vision board.

Many people love to read motivational and inspirational quotes (including myself). I have a couple of favorites. Although, they actually change from time to time according to my current situation.

Do motivational quotes actually work?

There is an ongoing debate on the effectiveness of reading motivational quotes by famous people. Some studies show that they work and motivate. Others say that it’s a scam and it can be even harmful.

The benefits of motivational and inspirational quotes

Studies showed the following positive effects:

motivational quotes help to regain and stay focused,
they may boost self-esteem,
quotes direct attention and behavior.

I also experienced other results of motivational sayings:

The right quotes will cheer up in hard times.
They work as a catalyst to push me to take action.
They inspire me to stay persistent and not to give up.

I don’t really care about what experts and studies say about the effectiveness of quotes. I like them. I find them helpful.

So, I made a six-piece set of motivational quotes prints with my favorite quotes and beautiful watercolor elements.

I’ve found an amazing watercolor clipart bundle on Etsy by Julia Dreams. She is an amazing artist! Her giant bundle has thousands of illustrations, fonts, textures, and more very reasonably priced.

For my prints, I used the Floristic Watercolor Collection. It has several stunning light flowers, leaves, wreaths, and patterns that are perfect for Spring. They are letter-sized (8×11″).

Keep in mind a few things after you’ve downloaded the prints.

These prints are free and only for personal use. You are not allowed to sell the printables or any product made with these designs.
You can print them as many times as you like. Add them to planners, decorate your walls, etc. You can also give them as gifts for friends or family.
